Delete your RACO – Race Optimizer account

In the app (fastest): open RACO → Settings → Account → Delete my account → Yes, delete everything. Your account and data are deleted immediately.

Without the app: email support@tryraco.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my account". We delete it within 7 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted: your account, email, profile, results, workouts, plans, races, goals, predictions, AI coach questions and answers, AI training weeks, invite codes and rewards, reminder and privacy choices — everything linked to the account, permanently. If you signed in with Apple, your Apple sign-in for RACO is cancelled too.

What is not deleted automatically:

• A Pro subscription keeps renewing until you cancel it in the store: Google Play (Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions) or Apple (Settings → your name → Subscriptions).
• Records of purchases and refunds (amount, store, date) are kept for accounting, with no link to you.
• A Google sign-in can be removed in your Google account (Security → Third-party connections).
• Anonymous analytics (only if you agreed) are not linked to your account and expire after 12 months. Database backups expire within 7 days.
