Terms of Use — RACO – Race Optimizer

  1. Who we are. RACO – Race Optimizer ("RACO") is provided by Mizan Tech, Kuwait ("we"). By using the app you agree to these terms. If you downloaded RACO from the Apple App Store, Apple's standard licence terms for apps (the Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement) also apply.
  2. Not affiliated. RACO is an independent training tool for hybrid fitness races. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any race organiser. Event names and trademarks belong to their owners.
  3. Estimates, not guarantees. Predictions, goal paths, training plans, readiness steps, race-risk rankings and coach answers are estimates based on the data you enter and on coaching models. Race results can differ.
  4. Not medical advice. The app does not give medical advice. Check with a doctor before starting a new training programme, especially if you have a health condition. Stop and seek help if you feel pain, dizziness, chest discomfort or feel unwell.
  5. Your account. You can sign up with email and password, or with Google or Apple. Keep your sign-in safe; you are responsible for what happens in your account. You must be at least 16. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.
  6. Pro subscription.
    • Pro is a monthly or yearly subscription billed by the app store you bought it from (Apple App Store or Google Play). The price is shown in the app before you buy, in your local currency.
    • It renews automatically at the same price for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings; Pro then stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
    • If a free trial is offered, it turns into a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends.
    • Refunds are handled by the store under its rules (Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com; Google Play: your order history). We cannot refund store purchases ourselves.
    • Deleting your RACO account does not cancel store billing: cancel in the store first.
    • We may give Pro for free (for example to testers or coaches); free Pro can be ended by us.
  7. AI features (Pro). AI coach answers and AI-written training weeks are generated by an AI model from the app's calculated numbers and your own entries. They stay within the app's training limits but may still contain mistakes; use your judgement, and use "Report this answer" if something looks wrong. Daily limits apply.
  8. Invite codes and rewards.
    • Every athlete gets a personal invite code. For every 5 people who sign up with your code and pay for a Pro subscription, you get 1 month of Pro free, up to 6 free months in any 12 months. A person counts once they have paid (not refunded in full, not a test purchase); each person can join with only one code.
    • If you do not pay for Pro, the free month starts straight away. If you already pay a store for Pro, we keep the free month for you and apply it through the store's promotional offers.
    • Rewards are free months of Pro only. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged or transferred, and end if your account is deleted.
    • Do not create accounts for yourself, pay for other people's subscriptions to earn rewards, or send spam. We may refuse or cancel rewards gained this way.
    • Codes from partners (for example coaches) may earn the partner a commission; this is agreed with the partner separately and does not change your price.
    • We may change or end the invite programme; rewards already earned are kept.
  9. Acceptable use. Do not misuse the service, try to access other people's data, overload it, or reverse-engineer it beyond what the law allows.
  10. Changes and availability. We may change or stop features. We will tell you about important changes to these terms.
  11. Liability. The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for results of training or racing decisions you make using it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
  12. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait.
