Getting started

What is RACO? A race-intelligence app for hybrid fitness racing (8 × 1 km runs, each followed by a workout station). It predicts your finish time from your own numbers, shows where the time to your goal is, and builds a week-by-week training plan to find it.

I have never raced. Can I use it? Yes. Choose "this will be my first race" during setup. You answer a few simple questions instead of entering times, and RACO gives you a likely finish range, readiness steps and the stations to prepare most.

Which times should I enter? Whatever you have: a recent 5 km or 10 km, a 1 km test or your usual running pace, and any station times you know. Missing stations use typical times for your category and age group until you log your own. The more of your own numbers, the sharper the prediction.

How do I sign in? With email and password, or with Google or Apple.

Predictions and training

How accurate is the prediction? It is an estimate from your own data, with a range and a confidence level that tell you how sure it is. Logging tests and races makes it more accurate. Race-day conditions can always make the result differ.

Who designed the training plan? The plan follows a qualified coach's program: run quality days, strength with the matching stations, recovery and race simulations, with a lighter week every fourth week. RACO fits it to your goal, your weakest areas, the days you train and your session length.

Can I choose my training days? Yes: in Settings → Training, pick the days you train. When you create or rebuild a plan you also choose the day it starts.

I missed sessions. Will the next week be harder? No. RACO never adds missed work to the next week. If you were ill or injured the next week is lighter, with easy first days; if you were simply busy, it goes back to your normal week.

Is this medical advice? No. Check with a doctor before starting a new training programme, and stop if you feel pain or unwell.

Pro, payments and invite codes

What does Pro add? Every next training week adapted to how your last week went (and to anything you tell it, like travel or sore legs), plus the AI coach for questions about your numbers.

How do I cancel or get a refund? Pro is billed by the App Store or Google Play. Cancel in your store account settings (iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions; Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions). Refunds follow the store's rules: Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, Google Play from your order history.

How do invite codes work? Every athlete has a personal code in Settings → Invite friends. Friends enter it when they sign up (or within 14 days). For every 5 friends who subscribe to Pro, you get 1 month of Pro free, up to 6 a year. See the terms for the details.

I'm a coach. Can I partner with RACO? Yes — email support@tryraco.com about a partner code.
